Admission Procedure for Ukrainian Citizens
The 2024/2025 admission process is organized according to the provisions of the Regulation on the Organization and Conducting of Admission at Technical University of Moldova for higher undergraduate and integrated studies for the academic year 2024/2025 and based on the Government Decision No. 504 of 07/04/2017 which approves the Regulation regarding the studies of foreigners in the educational institutions of the Republic of Moldova and the abrogation of certain Government decisions.
In the academic year 2024-2025, Ukrainian citizens can benefit from places financed by the budget of the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova for foreign citizens. Scholarships are awarded based on the selection process, which considers the average score obtained on the multilateral national test, equivalent to the Baccalaureate, and on a contract basis. The fee varies depending on the selected study programme.

Required Documents
For Bachelor’s Degree studies
- Copy of International Passport;
- Certificate and the Supplement/Attestation of completion of pre-university education or a certificate issued by the school unit where the candidate was enrolled, showing the completion of pre-university education studies, translated into Romanian;
- 6 photos (3×4 cm);
- Registration Form: issued by the university.
For Master’s Degree studies
- Copy of International Passport;
- Diploma of completion of university education and the Supplement with grades or the equivalents of these documents, translated into Romanian;
- 6 photos (3×4 cm);
- Registration Form: issued by the university.
Important Notice!
Ukrainian citizens who have not reached the age of majority must be accompanied, when submitting documents, by one of their parents or another person holding a notarized power of attorney.
